About Our Commission
The Kingdom Advancement Commission equips and supports local churches, annual conferences and the General Church in fulfilling the mission of the Global Methodist Church. Given its broad scope the Commission operates through three highly focused teams:
Church Multiplication and Evangelism: spreading the Gospel and planting new disciple-making congregations.
Missions Mobilization and Unreached People Groups: empowering individuals and churches to engage in local and global mission, including the reaching of unreached people groups.
Disaster Response: mobilizing and resourcing a compassionate Christ-like response to natural and humanitarian disasters.
Together, these areas reflect the Global Methodist Church’s commitment to advancing the Kingdom of God.
